TThis application is independently developed by Dongguan BestWay  Technology Co., Ltd. and is applied to the Bluetooth BMS protection board developed by Dongguan BestWay  Technology Co., Ltd. During the use of this application, the user's privacy will be respected and protected. In order to provide users with more accurate and personalized services, Dongguan BestWay  Technology Co., Ltd. will use and disclose your personal information in accordance with the following privacy policies. In addition, Dongguan BestWay  Technology Co., Ltd. will treat all information with high diligence and caution. Without your permission, Dongguan BestWay  Technology Co., Ltd. will not disclose or provide any information to third parties, except as mentioned in the terms of this privacy policy. 1. Using SDK and device features

(a) Basic scanning function SDK SDK name zxing android embedded only performs barcode recognition and fills in text boxes without collecting any other information

(b) The APP will have GPS positioning function. The positioning function of the APP is limited to assisting in Bluetooth signal stability search

(c) The APP will use Bluetooth function, which is limited to connecting to the Bluetooth module provided by Dongguan BestWay  Technology Co., Ltd. for data transmission and interaction;

(d) The app will enable the camera function, only perform barcode recognition, and do not collect any other information

(e) The APP will use camera sensors to scan barcodes/QR codes, only for barcode recognition and filling in text boxes, without collecting any other information

You need to read and agree that the following information is not applicable to this privacy policy:

(a) Keywords entered when using the settings service provided by this application platform;

2. Information usage

(a) Dongguan Bestway Technology Co., Ltd. will not provide, sell, lease, share or trade your personal information to any unrelated third party. If a third party and Dongguan BestWay  Technology Co., Ltd. (including affiliated companies of the application) provide services to you individually or jointly, all information that can be checked before will be prohibited from being checked after the service is completed;

(b) Dongguan BestWay  Technology Co., Ltd. also does not allow any third party to collect, edit, sell or disseminate your personal information in any way. Once Dongguan BestWay  Technology Co., Ltd. discovers that any user of our application platform has participated in the above activities, Dongguan BestWay  Technology Co., Ltd. has the right to immediately terminate the service agreement with that user;

(a) The use of Bluetooth function in the APP is limited to connecting to the Bluetooth module provided by Dongguan BestWay  Technology Co., Ltd. for data transmission and interaction, and does not participate in any personal information collection and dissemination
